Content (required): I wanted to Update customer class through Planning FBDI (Scpcustomerimporttemplate.xlsm) in OPS source System. Will system allow that or we have to update customer class in Receivables then do data collection. I tried to do it from Planning FBDI but getting this error "The data collection process didn't complete due to issues in one or more CSV files. Review the diagnostic log for more details. Contact your help desk. (MSC-2806211) Details: The data collection process didn't complete due to incorrect CSV files, data sources, or both" in Log.
