Automating departing employees based on a loaded employee "end date" in Workforce

Hi all,

We are currently looking at leveraging the EPBCS workforce module. A requirement came up to depart employees based on a loaded end-date per employee (which would be loaded each month). 

Just wondering:

• What is the suggested way to make this function (whilst not disturbing the pre-built content)?
• Is this planned as a future enhancement?

Most customer's I've worked with have noted that manually departing employees via the right-click menu is fine, this customer has quite rightly suggested that it's somewhat impractical for an organisation with a large number of fixed-term employees & contract employees.
