How do I setup "Send Alert" templates?
I am wanting to setup a template so instructors or HR personnel can use the Send Alert option.
I saw an article from 2019, but that doesn't seem to take me to anything anymore other than the Implementation Guide. I cannot find in the implementation guide anything on setting up templates in the Alerts Composer.
I also looked in our paid My Learning and can't find any education on using this.
Does anyone have anything on setting these up? Also, does using Send Alert send to email as notification? I tried to used the Send Email to Learners, but I have over 125 and it won't pop email open for that amount.
