Schedule a learning initiative to run automatically

Hello,

We're looking for a way to automate pushing out some of our eLearning for new starters.

I've hit a wall in terms of process and I'd love to be able to know how others are doing this. I know that there is a way of scheduling a process or using the training initiatives function, is anyone able to advise the best method of doing this?

Ideally, this offering would be assigned to all new starters once they commence with the business.
