Can attachments against individual profile items be made mandatory for users?

Hello there...

From release 22A, users can add attachments against individual profile items within the Certifications, Educations, and Honors content sections. We have enabled this functionality and would now like to make these attachments mandatory for each user before submitting.

Is this possible?
