Absence entry load (hourly) that differ from work schedule

Summary:

We need to input absence entries that differ from an employee's day-to-day shifts based on their work schedule. This can be done for the start and end dates by filling out the duration of the absence. However, for all other days, the hourly duration is automatically calculated based on the schedule. This can be done manually via the advanced mode, of course, but we want to do it through an HDL or spreadsheet load
