Issue in Requisition Cancelleation/Deletion

Hi Experts,


I am facing a problem where requisition has lines which are cancelled / rejected but requisition header status is 'Incomplete' , now system is not allowing me either to cancel or delete this requisition. Attaching all screenshots, pls advise
