Smartview formula fill no longer working on EPM

Summary:

Greetings, we've upgraded to epm from 11.1.2.4. After the move to epm, users are noticing that the formula fill no longer works on their ad-hoc retrieves. This feature is used extensively within specific departments. We've also upgraded the then latest Smartview to 23.100 and ensure the Formula Fill feature is selected.

After the upgrade, we are still seeing the formula fill not working. In sample example below, is on column D.
