Item Qualification Analysis Report - Difference between Column "Qualified" and "Originating"

Summary:

What is the difference between Column "Qualified" and "Originating" in Item Qualification Analysis Report?

Content (required):

Item Qualification Analysis Report is a key tool to help us understand how GTM makes a qualification decision. It has a section "Item Structure Component Analysis" at the end, where user can find a table with multiple columns including "Qualified" and "Originating". In some rare cases, I can see an item is "Not Qualified" but "Originating". That makes me wonder why and what's the difference between the two columns. Any explanation will be appreciated.
