We learnt that now when employee is approaching retirement date, can assign a journey automatically by setup a Nudge.

Now the question is, how to auto populate the retirement date for each individual on the Employment page? We don't want to maintain it one by one as it's too much manual effort. We also don't want to maintain it for everyone as not all are going to be retired from company.

Is there any way to auto populate the retirement date based on certain rule or retirement age? Any process running back end can accomplish that?
