ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS process failed with error

Summary:

I am enabling Redwood UI for Managers and have an error on Step 4: Initialize learning record and data security access control list synchronization in Oracle Search.

I ran the 'ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS' with the parameter 'fa-hcm-learning-record' and it has completed with an error: :"Index metadata not found - fa-hcm-learning-record","status":404}

Can anyone give me some guidance on what to do.
