50,000 Cell Excel Export limit from OTBI

My current client's Pods seem to have a 50,000 cell limit on exports from OTBI into Excel. I've never come across this restriction with previous clients, and for an organisation with 50,000 employees it means we can't have more than 1 column in any Analytic- not ideal! We've raised an SR thinking this must just be a setting somewhere that can easily be changed, but are being steered by Support that we need to raise an environment re-sizing request, and an ER to deliver functionality to export more than 50,000 rows. Has anyone else come across this issue- surely this
