Salary approval shouldn't go to the employee who's getting the salary change (self approve)
Summary: Salary approval (Administer Salary and Salary History rules) shouldn't go back to the employee who's getting the salary increase.
Content (required): The approval went to Line Manager (Phillip), then CJ (CJ is the one getting the salary change, but he's also a Dept Head) and then the approval goes to HR Director (Courtney).
How can we avoid self approval when the employee is also a Dept Head?
We tried using the BPM rule to prohibit self-approval by username, but:
- It didn't work
- We can't use the username as a criteria because we have many dept heads and they change all the time.
