Scalar double argument

Summary:

Hello All - I'm trying to write a FIX for FCCS to grab the any RollFwd FCCS_OpenBal at Lvl 0 Entity and Accounts and push that data into in OpenBal Adjustment for YTD. Ran it for a Lvl 0 Entity and it worked fine for Jan FY23. Then another Lvl 0 Entity for Feb FY23, and this error came about. There's not much documents out there to resolve this issue on google, so was hoping someone could help explain and resolve. Thanks.
