Deep Link for ICM Comp Plan

Summary:

We plan to build a VBS page with some custom logic since comp plan doesn't support dynamic layout. In VBS page, we will have a deep link to the standard comp plan detail page.

Does Compensation Plan pages (e.g. detail page) support deep link?
