Why the GET_VALUE_SET function not return a value when executed from a fast formula in HCM Extract?

Fast Formula type Extract Rule was created to obtain the department number since the HCM Extract Payroll Archive does not have it, it executes the Fast Formula without problem, but the GET_VALUE_SET does not return anything. A test was made with the query that has the value set and it returns the department number.
