Transfer, Promote, Change Salary Approval Workflows
The business would like approval workflows to route to one HR approver prior to routing through the employee's management hierarchy.
Currently, our approval workflows require approvals from the next level manager, second level manager, and/or HR partner and/or compensation director depending on the percentage of the increase and salary amount. The business would like to change the approval workflow to require the first approval from an HR partner, then route to the employees' management hierarchy and comp director. Has one set up approval workflows to route to one person, then route to the employees' management hierarchy? If so, how did you accomplish the change?
