Page freezes when huge data is assigned to ADP

SOAP BIP call is made to load data to an ADP. Page freezes when data is huge

Content (required):

We are making SOAP BIP call to fetch employee records from Fusion and loading it into an ADP in VBCS. There is no issue when the data coming from BIP is less. But when there is huge data like 40k+ records, the BIP call succeeds but when assigning to ADP, the page just freezes.
