Workflow not behaving as expected when adding a new Principal Investigator in our Projects

Summary:

When PI terminates and we add a new PI (set up as resource etc.) to project awards - the workflow doesn't go to the newly added PI and we are not understanding why. How are others updating their PI's?

Kelly was the latest PI see start date, but workflow notifications are still going to Jacquelyn.
