EL Expression is not working for Learning specialist role

I am trying to add a role to the EL Expression for giving access to My Client Groups. All of the roles are working except the Learning Specialist role. I have validated through several versions of the same learning specialist role i.e. seeded job role, custom job role and 2 data roles that I have created. None of them is working. Can you help with this. EL expression I have added is:
