System's time is an hour behind current time. How can we fix that?

Summary:

We notice a difference between the current time and the time system records any activity. Specifically any user activity appears an hour behind than normal. For example the approval time is an hour behind (probably the winter time).The problem appeared on 26/03.Is there any way in the system to change this?
