Is Dynamic Skills the module to use to track training, e.g. CPR?

Summary: We 'd like to track training and send reminders to managers and employees when additional training is needed.

Content (required):  This could be organization-wide training such as CPR and Sexual Harassment or it could be departmental or job-specific training. For certifications there'd be an expiration date and reports could be run to include expiry dates.

If you've used Dynamic Skills or another module to record training, how was your experience with implementation, and operation?
