How to get Integration Instance/ Visual builder instance for practice purposes

Summary:

I am a Contractor for oracle, trying to learn visual builder so I just created a oracle cloud account with Oracle email. Now when trying to create a Integration/Visual Builder instance I am asked to upgrade the Cloud account and later been blocked from doing it, since I'm using a oracle Always Free Cloud Account.
