Oracle BIP Report Issue with RTF template

Seeking a solution to fix the corrupted RTP template.

Content (required):

Enhancing the existing rtf template to add a new field. However, the new field value didn’t display correctly. But, using the same data file (xml) to add the same field to the new rtf template, the value was displayed correctly. Checked with Oracle support and they responded it's due to the rtf file being corrupted. I have 6 files having the same issue and the rtf with many conditioning inside. It's quite a number of effort if I need to redo all the rtf templates. Is anyone facing a similar issue? Please share if there is a solution.
