Summary:

Regarding the Cost Management Feature that was introduced as Opt-In in 22D "USE ENHANCED PERIOD INVENTORY VALUATION AND GROSS MARGIN REPORTING" which has Opt-in expiration as 23B. When we open the Offerings after 23B patch in SOA environment, we see that this feature shows a 23C in 'Always Enabled From' and not automatically enabled. Other instances shows this as 23B as Always Enabled From. Please confirm 23B still holds good for this feature or it's been moved to 23C.
