HDL for Progression Grade Ladders in Compensation Page

Summary:

Client has a progression grade ladder with steps. Each grade has 10 steps with defined value. When we create manually, if we do it by the grade ladder page on workfource structures page the system does not fill automatically the salary value in a hire proccess as example. But when we create by the progression grade ladder page on compensation it does fill automatically during hire.

It is possible to load by HDL the Progression Grade Ladders in the compensation page?
