How to replicate values from a calculated column to all table rows in an OTBI analysis?

Summary:

I have a table that shows columns related to Innovation Management Proposal's instances like Proposal name, profit, proposal type, proposal squad, proposal tribe and launch year. I need to create a bar chart that shows profit (Y) x Year (x) and filters for squad, tribe and type.


Content (required):

I summed the profit of all Proposal by year using a New Calculated Measure, unfortunately the OTBI chooses one random cell to storage the SUM(Profit by Year) value, it turns in an issue because the filters for squad, tribe and type doesn't work, because the SUM(Profit by Year) value only exists for one row. The following image shows what I'm trying say.
