Can variables be past from Enterprise Contracts to DocuSign with the Electronic Signature

Summary of the question:

How can users pass the variables from Enterprise Contracts to DocuSign with the Electronic Signature? 

Also, is it possible to change the landing page in DocuSign after clicking on Actions > Sign Contract?

Currently, users are being directed to the page with the viewing of the contract where we can drag the tags for signatures and other details.
