Learning : Launch button not displaying for a learning activity

Hello,

Our client is having the following issue:

An employee has completed several activities , for e.g (1 to 10 ) but when moving on the 11th activity the launch button in the following screenshot has disappeared and hence cannot proceed with the remaining activities.

Can someone advise on how to resolve this issue ?
