Preventing duplicate employee recordsContent
Hi -
Has anyone have suggestions or done an effective way for HR business partners to validate (cross country/LDG) first if a person is existing in the system or not? I am talking about employees that do not belong their security or someone that has left and is being rehired. We ask our users to always check first using First Name and Last Name to check and see if someone is already in the system but still see a lot of users miss to use an already existing record of the person.
Thanks,
Roy
