Qualtrics Integration for Net Promoter Score in Oracle PBCS
We have a requirement to enable the NPS for our all PBCS applications and we want to assess as how it can be achieved.
We are looking for integrating Qualtrics in Oracle Hyperion to capture user feedback. There are 3 ways by which we can do this.
- API integration
- Qualtrics plugin.
Wanted to check if Oracle PBCS can support any of the above so that we can proceed with this integration.
