Costing of an Expense Item in a Maintenance Work Order
In a Maintenance Work Order, can we have an Expense Item costed?
We created a Field Service Work Order which had a Labor Item (set as a non-inventory item and Build-in-WIP as NO) and an Expense Item (set as a non-inventory item and Build-in-WIP as NO).
We saw this Field Service Work Order in Manage Maintenance Work Orders screen and observed that only the Labor Item present in it and the Expense Item was missing. The Labour Item had Build-in-WIP set as NO, even though, it was seen in the maintenance work order.
Moreover, when we costed this work order, the Labour Item got costed. The Expense Item which was missing in the maintenance work order didn't get costed.
