We are sending the CPQ reports to the client on email. Out client want to send a flag in the report if any line got deleted using delete action or removed via reconfigured from line item grid.

If the lines gets deleted then flag will also gets deleted along with lines. How to create a flag for deleted lines ? Is there any alternative approach so that the client will get to know about deleted lines.
