How do you conduct a prior period adjustment in time and labor?

We are using the HCM extract functionality to send our time and labor hours to a 3rd party. How do we account for prior period adjustments on the extract?

Our 3rd party needs to see the differences or the deltas between the current hours and the previous hours as well as changes to the associated attributes.

If a user deletes a row on the time card that has already been extracted, or changes the value of an existing attribute on a current row, how will that data be accounted for in the extract? We are currently using a changes only extract however if a user deletes a row or changes an attribute on an existing row that has already been extracted, the deleted row and the row that had an attribute change are not listed ij the values.
