'Absences' Icon in R13

Summary

In R13 when I go to 'About Me' there is an 'Absences' Icon but when I click on it, it takes me to a blank white screen.

Does anyone else have this issue? Or is this because we do not have any of the 'Absences Pages' enabled in our environment and this would be how to get to those pages? I read in the R13 notes there were going to be redesigned absence pages, so wasn't sure what value this icon was adding. Any insight would be helpful!
