How to prevent HR from updating person/job information on certain Worker Types tw/in their AOR?

Summary:

We have HRs that within their AOR have access to both Contingent Worker and Employee Worker Types. We do not want HRs to update any Person (NID, DOB, etc) or Job information on the Contingent Workers as we feed the CWK information into HCM via an integration.
