Impact of different language option on user experience

Summary:

Impact of several different language option on user experience

Content (required):

Hello experts,

we are evaluating the impact of the implementation of more language option setup in Oracle HCM.

Does making 15 different language options available have a not optimal impacts on the user experience, bearing in mind that not everything will be automatically translated in the language selected?

Or is it better to make available only 4 different language options for example, for which everything will be translated included labels/screen/configuration?

What other pros and cons we should consider in both cases?

Thanks in advanced for your valuable suggestions.
