Leave Bank Policy

Summary: Donate leave time to a bank and not a co-worker

Content (required): Our organization allows employees to donate to a leave bank. Our employees in need of the extra hours for emergencies can request hours from this bank. Is there a way in HCM Cloud to set up a leave bank repository wherein the employees can donate their leaves and the same can be transferred to the employees who are in need of extra leaves
