Procurement Contracts - Control Predefined Status of the contract based on the User defined statuses

Summary:

Contracts with Buy intent gets created and has to be send to Legal review for which we have leveraged the event model user status.

Our requirement is whether there is a way to hold the approval of contract process till the Legal team reviews and approves the contract.

The approval of contract should be put on hold even when the user submits it for approval until the legal team approves the contract which was sent to them via event model.
