Top Employee Missing from Hierarchy

Summary:

Our top employee is not appearing in reporting when the organisation hierarchy is included in a report.

Content (required):

The head of our organisation currently shows when I use the Subject Area - "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time" and add the below fields the employee's data shows in the report.

When I add in the Organisation Hierarchy level the employee no longer shows in the report.

Is there any guidance someone could provide as to figure out why the employee is not showing or how to get them to appear
