SQL for PER_EMAIL_ADDRESSES to obtain Email Address ID

Summary:

Email Address ID required for HDL worker.dat file to mass upload email address changes.

Content (required):

We want to use HDL to mass upload email address changes, and need to obtain the Email Address ID which is not available via OTBI analysis.

Can anyone provide the SQL to obtain the email address ID please? From the PER_EMAIL_ADDRESSES table we need the Person ID, Email Address ID and Email Address Type.
