Retire an asset in previous fiscal year is not allowed

Summary:

Some retirement transaction must be done in a previous fiscal year and we can account it in adjustment period.

Our fiscal year is from Apr to Mar, example, Apr-22 to Mar-23

I have a scenario where the users need to retire an asset in a previous fiscal year, but system do not allow us to perform it.

After auditing review, that happened in April, they identify some assets that can be retired (it could happen with some adjustment too), but we're not able to do it in in Feb, because it's another fiscal year (Apr to Mar).
