Ability to enter maximum number of renewals

Looking for a way to limit the maximum number of renewals on a contract (preferably in the renewal templte)

Content (required):

In a renewal rules template we can enter Minimum Renewal Duration, Renewal Duration, Period etc. We can however not specifiy the number of renewals possible on the contract. Is there any way to limit the maximum amount of renewals to for instance 3, after which a new sourcing process should be initiated?
