How can Line Manager custom role get access to My Client Groups menu?

A custom Line Manager role have been created. Now, the users which have this role need to make "advanced search" in "My Team -- Employment Info" page because of "Effective As-of Date" search option in the advanced search. However, advanced search is not visible.

When we search this issue, we have figured out that in "My Team -- Quick Actions" advanced search option doesn't work. In this case, we need to find and add the exact privilege to the custom LM role for accessing "My Client Groups -- Employment Info" page.

Is it possible to do this? Which privilige can provide us this functionality?
