Chage Default Timezone for a Time column

There is a need to change the timezone of a time column in one of the OTBI analysis to reflect UK timezone. Currently it has default UTC timezone.

How do we change the timezone of a time column used in a report in OTBI. Currently it has UTC timezone by default and unable to change the same.
