Alert Composer Mail to Custom AOR

Content (required):

We have a requirement where we are trying to send an alert or notification whenever the Document of Record end date is 7 days from the sysdate.

The notification should be sent to the Custom AOR email address or to the email based on the custom query.

 

We have tried to accommodate this in the alert composer but unfortunately, we couldn't find any option to select a custom AOR other than the below-specified drop-down values or to write a query for recipients.

 

Please let us know if any of you came across this requirement or if any solution around this requirement would be appreciated.
