How to load Absence Balances for multiyear carryover of accrual Plans?

Summary:

We are using the new multiyear carryover accrual plan for Non Statutory leave, where we will have absence balances from 1-1-2018 accruing annually. Every year a new accrual occurs and and the balances are carried over for 5 years.

The question is how to load the balances from all the different accruals because the expiry dates of every accrual is different.
