What is the process for adding group totals on an OTBI analysis?

I want to add a group by employee number and to show its total trip distance for all start dates.

I have created an analysis based on Expenses - Expense Transactions Real Time SA. It includes Employee Number, Start Date, and Trip Distance columns.

When I try to follow this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_PdytNAKL8 and add a group on Employee Number, the dialog wants me to select employee numbers for the new group. I do not want to group by any specific values and instead for the group to change at every employee number and to include all start dates. How can I achieve this?
