How do we remove "Add Development Goal" from the line manager's "Career Overview" page?
Summary:
We have gone into Workforce Development > Change Feature Opt-In and removed/inactivated all items related to development goals. Performance goals are also inactive. Additionally, we have tried going into HCM Design Studio and turned all Development Goals from "Visible" to Inactive. When a line manager logs in and goes to My Team > Career Overview, they still have the option of adding a Development Goal, see screenshot attached. We would like to avoid the option of using page composer to hide this due to the risk of errors during the quarterly updates. My guess is there is a specific security
