Security Issue using AOR using Organization Hierarchy

Summary:

Hello Team we have requirement to built the AOR based on Organization tree...Our org tree consist of Division and Department but when we are providing the division and department node at the AOR level through person security profile. Security is not working.

Our approach

We associate person security profile with it by scope of responsibility as Organization Hierarchy for department for responsibility as Human Resource Representative.

In our scenario, division is configured as organization with department as the last node. At the assignment level of the employee there is no access to division
